Within 90 days of deleting your account, your data will be completely removed from our servers.
Request Account Deletion
Login to the app, click on Settings, then click Delete My Account and follow the instructions there.
What data is not deleted?
If you signed up for a discounted or promotional rate, we may retain identifying information to determine eligibility for future discounts or promotions.
That retained data will not be sold, lent, or otherwise made available to third parties, affiliates, or partners. It will not be used internally by Known Names (or its parent company) for marketing, training of AI/ML systems, or any other purpose other than to determine eligibility for future discounts or promotions.
Additionally, Anonymized Analytics Data can not be traced back to any single user and thus can not be removed from our analytics once the data has entered the system.
Summary:
If you want to keep your data, Move Your Data to another place before requesting that it be deleted. Once it is deleted, it can not be recovered.
